Privacy Policy

Onset ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account data: email, profile name, avatar URL
Content you provide: requirement text, generated plans, feedback
Usage data: generation counts, plan tier, activity timestamps
Technical data: IP address, browser type (standard server logs)

How we use information

Provide and improve the product planning service
Enforce usage limits and billing (when applicable)
Send account-related emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts)
Support and product analytics in aggregate form

AI processing (OpenAI)

Requirement text and conversation context are sent to OpenAI to generate structured delivery artifacts. Do not submit confidential or personal data you cannot share with a third-party AI provider. OpenAI processes data under their privacy policy.

Data storage

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Hosting is provided by Vercel and Supabase infrastructure.

Retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your account in Settings, which removes your profile, generations, and usage records.
