Terms of Service

By using Onset, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Onset generates delivery-ready artifacts (PRDs, user stories, tasks, QA cases, etc.) from text you provide. Output is AI-generated and must be reviewed by qualified humans before use in production or contractual commitments.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password
• One person per account unless on a Team plan

Acceptable use

• No abuse of API limits, automation, or reselling without permission
• No illegal content or attempts to bypass usage or billing controls
• No scraping or reverse engineering of the service

Plans & billing

Free and paid plans include monthly usage credits as described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are in Philippine pesos (VAT-inclusive where stated). Refunds are handled case by case for billing errors.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of input you provide. You receive a license to use output for your internal business purposes. We retain rights to the Onset platform, brand, and underlying software.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. AI OUTPUT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
